Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in developing and executing menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet restaurant standards.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations in all kitchen activities.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Serve as a leader during service hours, supporting staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experience

• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
• Extensive restaurant management experience with knowledge of kitchen workflows and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with the food industry trends, hospitality practices, and customer service excellence.
• Previous experience with food handling regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and professionalism within the kitchen environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
