Line Cook at Gute Laune

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join the kitchen team at Gute Laune.

We’re a busy German beer hall serving schnitzels, pretzels, bratwurst, fries, and elevated comfort food. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen, can handle the pace of a busy service, and takes real pride in the food they put out.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute dishes consistently and efficiently during service
• Prep ingredients and maintain proper mise en place
• Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and service-ready
• Follow recipes, portioning, and Gute Laune standards
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during busy service
• Jump in and support other stations when needed
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Strong understanding of line cooking, prep, and kitchen organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Someone who works with urgency and attention to detail
• A team player who communicates well and leaves their ego at the door
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen

This is a hands-on position for someone who already has solid kitchen experience and is ready to contribute from day one.
