Line Cook

Position Overview:

Bickford’s Grille is currently seeking a Cook to join our culinary team in Burlington, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous preparation of tasty dishes, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute the preparation and cooking of diverse culinary creations, adhering to established recipes and specifications.

· Proficiently handle ingredients, accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing them as required.

· Utilize various cooking techniques including but not limited to steaming, grilling, boiling, baking, and frying to achieve desired results.

· Maintain strict vigilance over ingredient freshness and quality, promptly identifying any discrepancies.

· Artfully arrange and garnish dishes, elevating their visual appeal.

· Thrive under pressure, meeting time-sensitive demands while upholding quality standards.

· Uphold a pristine and organized kitchen environment, meticulously cleaning and maintaining equipment and utensils.

· Foster a collaborative and positive work atmosphere, assisting fellow team members as needed.

· Exceed guest expectations by consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Dedication to excellence, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Ability to proficiently operate kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
