Job Summary

Munchyhub is seeking a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Line Cook to prepare high-quality food and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and organizing
• Operate assigned kitchen stations during food service
• Ensure food quality, presentation, temperature, and portion standards
• Monitor cooking times and food temperatures
• Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and restocking
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements

• Previous Line Cook, Cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
