Line Cook

Syd’s in downtown Noblesville is looking for a dependable line cook to join our kitchen team.

We are a busy, locally owned restaurant and bar serving burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, daily specials, and classic comfort food. We need someone who can work efficiently, follow recipes and food-safety standards, and stay calm when the kitchen gets busy.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items accurately and consistently
• Setting up and stocking your station before each shift
• Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
• Completing assigned prep work and closing duties
• Communicating with other cooks, servers, and managers
• Following all food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Helping the team wherever needed during busy shifts

What we’re looking for:

• Dependable and able to arrive on time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Evening and weekend availability
• Previous kitchen or line-cook experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
