Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including the ability to cook eggs any style.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to ensure visual appeal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to cook eggs any style is required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
