Line Cook

Big Rascal BBQ & Grille is looking for a dependable cook who takes pride in good food and comes ready to work. We serve scratch-made favorites, smoked meats, steaks, house-made sides, and fresh-baked bread - and we’re looking for someone who cares about what goes on every plate.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to our recipes and standards.

• Keep orders accurate, consistent, and moving during busy service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.

• Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures.

• Help with prep, restocking, cleanup, and daily kitchen duties.

• Communicate with the team and pitch in where needed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone dependable, punctual, and ready to learn.

• A cook who pays attention to quality, portions, and presentation.

• A teammate who takes direction well and stays professional during a rush.

• Someone who notices what needs doing and takes initiative.

• Previous restaurant cooking experience required; BBQ experience is a plus.

We value good food, a clean kitchen, and people who follow through. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in a job done right, we’d like to meet you.
