Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess the skills necessary to prepare high-quality dishes. This role requires someone who knows how to move confidently and work effectively within the kitchen setting, ensuring smooth service and maintaining our standards of excellence.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes for service
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Move swiftly and confidently within the kitchen, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen equipment and workflow

Experience

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
