Your Role:
As a Line Cook, you’ll be in the heart of the action, preparing a variety of globally inspired dishes with precision and passion. You’ll get hands-on experience working with high-quality ingredients, learning new techniques, and contributing to a menu that reflects our love for cultural fusion. Whether you’re perfecting a Ravioli Theory dish or bringing creative flair to a globally influenced special, your work will help shape unforgettable dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 year of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred).
• A deep love for cooking and a desire to experiment with global flavors.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the best possible dishes.
• Passion for learning and sharing culinary knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute dishes to perfection, following recipes and Chef’s directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized station while preparing menu items.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and ensuring a seamless service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality standards and uphold our culinary vision.
• Bring creative ideas for specials, seasonal dishes, or unique global twists to the menu.
• Support the team during peak times and adapt to the rhythm of a bustling kitchen.
