Line Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all time
• Monitor food quality during preparation and service, making adjustments as necessary
• Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques

Experience

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry is a plus but willing to train!
• Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is desirable
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
• Understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
