Line Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portion standards, and instructions.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper mise en place before service.
• Ensure food is cooked properly and presented according to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO practices for ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking station, kitchen equipment, and work areas.
• Properly handle and store food ingredients to prevent contamination and spoilage.
• Check and maintain sufficient ingredients and supplies at the assigned station.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef, Chef, and other kitchen staff during operations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when needed.
• Follow all kitchen safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient kitchen during busy periods.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen position is preferred.
• Culinary education or training is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Willing to learn and follow established recipes and procedures.
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work well with a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: Php755.00 - Php900.00 per day
