Line Cook

We are looking for a full time PM Pantry Line Cook who is professional and can follow our recipe specifications and guidelines. A successful candidate will have previous line cook experience good culinary skills thus maintaining and enhancing our kitchen as well as our customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Available 5 days a week, Tue-Sat, (1/ 2pm -closing)
• Sundays and Mondays off
• Keeping recipe standards unified so all food items look & taste consistent, maintaining food quality
• Must have efficient ticket handling
• Must maintain company standards, sanitation and protocols
• Ability to be crossed trained in different stations (sauté, pasta, etc.)
• Work well as part of a team atmosphere and work cohesively with FOH staff
• Maintain constant cleanliness and organization of the kitchen (dishes, sinks, refrigerators & walk-in cleaned & organized (inc. dry storage, etc.)
• Willing to work additional hours and nights when needed during high season
• MUST be authorized to work in the US

Skill sets

• Proven experience as a Line cook
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Food Handler and Kitchen Safety certified
• Accuracy and speed is a must
• Familiar with industry best practices
• A professional team player
