What they need
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced line cook to join our kitchen team.
Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience required. Strong experience on grill and sauté, including proper preparation and cooking of steaks, is important. Experience with Italian, French, or Spanish cuisine is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working garde manger as well as sauté/grill, able to stay organized during a busy service, work clean, communicate well with the team, and maintain consistent quality.
We’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and genuinely interested in cooking—not just filling a shift.
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional kitchen experience
- Strong grill and/or sauté skills
- Comfortable cooking steaks to temperature
- Able to work garde manger when needed
- Reliable and organized
- Team-oriented attitude
- Italian, French, or Spanish cuisine experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
