Line Cook

NABI Korean & Japanese Eats in Mt. Juliet, TN is looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience working in an Asian restaurant is a plus, but not required
• Interest in Korean and Japanese food
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
• Keeps the kitchen and work station clean and organized
• Good understanding of basic food safety and sanitation
• Able to work efficiently during busy hours
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Works well as part of a team
• Willing to learn and help with prep and other kitchen duties as needed

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Complete daily food prep and station setup
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation
• Keep your station clean throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
