Line Cook

• Identify all food product used in a kitchen
• Responsible for proper rotation of food product as needed
• Operate machines properly and inform supervisor of any equipment malfunctions
• Assist in maintaining a safe sanitary kitchen environment
• Practices safe food handling and work habits
• Follow standardized recipes while complying with all portion sizes and quality standards
• Prepare daily menu items
• Supply and plate menu items to specification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have self-initiative
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work well with other employees
• Must have reliable transportation
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Some experience helpful but not necessary
• Part Time Position with Full Time Potential
