Line Cook

Slurping Turtle is looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Line Cooks. We strive to create a fun, team-oriented environment and offer room for growth within the company.

The position will require the following abilities:

• Proper knife skills and usage
• Works clean and uses proper food safety protocol
• Able to communicate with the Head Chef and Management on a daily basis
• Properly dress and wear a clean uniform
• Able to follow direction and execute recipes and daily tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing traditional Japanese food
• Working and preparing your designated station for the upcoming shift
• Work as a team member assisting your co-workers to prepare for the upcoming shift
• Cutting, Chopping and Slicing proteins and vegetables

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
