What You’ll Do

• Cook and prepare menu items to recipe and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain speed and accuracy during rushes and showtime service
• Communicate with expo, servers, and other kitchen staff
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep, closing, and daily kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred, but we will train motivated candidates
• Illinois Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, bend for 8–10 hours
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
