Food Safety Certification: All applicable team members must maintain valid

food safety certifications in accordance with local health regulations.

Line Cook

Position Type: Full-time

Overview:

Line Cooks are responsible for executing menu items consistently and

efficiently while maintaining kitchen standards.

Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

● Maintain consistency, quality, and timing during service

● Keep station clean, stocked, and organized

● Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

● Assist with prep and inventory as needed

● Complete assigned opening, prep, and closing duties

Expectations:

● Maintain consistency and attention to detail

● Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

● Communicate effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements:

● Previous line cook experience preferred

● Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift max 50 lbs as needed

● Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

● Food handler certification required or must be obtained within 30 days

of hire
