Growing private golf club with ala carte and banquet facilities, seeking full and part time line cooks.

Requirements and Responsibilities include, but not limited to…..

- Preparing and cooking products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines
- Assist in ala carte and banquet services
- Ability to take daily inventory of station to set up, prep, and run station
- Solid understanding of basic kitchen fundamentals including but not limited to knife skills, seasoning, and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Teamwork
- Night and weekend availability, some holidays required
- Ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hrs at a time
- Ability to life up to 50lbs

Previous private club experience a plus
Competitive pay based on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
