The Lodge is an exciting BBQ-focused restaurant located in Downtown Fort Myers. We feature 21 big screens, a giant jumbotron, a projection wall, a craft beer self-serve wall, and moonshine craft cocktails. We’re known for our fun atmosphere, bold flavors, and a love for great service.

Job Summary:
We’re seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Experience with BBQ is a plus. We’re hiring for multiple positions including grill, sauté, pantry, and prep. You’ll work in a high-energy kitchen where speed, quality, and teamwork matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items according to Lodge recipes and standards
• Work on the grill, sauté, pantry, or prep stations as assigned
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with prep work and support fellow kitchen staff
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred
• BBQ, grill, or smokehouse experience is a plus
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
