Join Our Country Club Culinary Team!

Do you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at our Hermitage location, Avalon Country Club at Buhl Park!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to club standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and service.
• Assist with daily service, banquets, and special events.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual and team oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
