Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation, food handling, and menu planning. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes, presentation specifications, and ensure food quality meets standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

Skills

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
