Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Thai Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with other team members to create delicious meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Must be able to work on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Duties

• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
• Support the culinary team in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food items.
• Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of low supplies.
• Participate in catering events as required, helping to set up and serve food items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary skills.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Proficiency with kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others when needed.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for customers.
