Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, driven Line Cook with a positive attitude to join our kitchen's evening/dinner crew. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with accuracy and speed, ensuring each plate meets our standards for quality and presentation. Duties

• Prep and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
• Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to promote a safe kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service efficiently during busy hours.
• Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and presentation.

Requirements

• Evening & Weekend Availability (Required)
• Previous Line Cook experience in a fast paced, full-service dining setting is helpful and preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Protocols, including proper food handling, and sanitation practices.
• Skilled in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly with excellent knife skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Bilingual (Spanish) (not required but helpful)
