• Prep Cooks (Minimum 2 years experience)
• Sushi Chefs (Minimum 2 years experience)
• Sous Chefs (Minimum 2 years experience)
• Support Staff
• Managers (Minimum 5 years experience)

Requirements:

• Cooks, prep cooks, sushi chefs, and sous chefs: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Managers: Minimum 5 years proven experience in culinary or restaurant management
• Strong knife skills, prep techniques, and kitchen sanitation knowledge
• For sushi chefs: demonstrated expertise in sushi preparation and presentation
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
