Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Serve-Safe Certified or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire, preferred.
