Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and consistently on time
• Must be available to work nights
• Must be available Friday - Sunday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
