Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and proper portion sizes.
• Set up and maintain the assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Ensure food is properly stored, labeled, and handled according to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or similar kitchen role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
