Line cook

Line Cook — Now Hiring (MUST BE 21 or older as this is a bar)

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our new chef-driven bar concept. This is not your typical bar food kitchen — our menu is built around scratch cooking, elevated flavors, high-quality ingredients, and creative takes on comfort food favorites.

We’re looking for cooks who care about execution, consistency, and being part of a team that takes pride in the food leaving the window.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid food handler permit (or ability to obtain one)
