Position Details

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with recipes, menus, and dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest quality standards.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Food Services team to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents.
• Assist with food preparation, storage, inventory, and kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, senior living, restaurant, hospitality, or related setting preferred.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
