Currently accepting applications/resumes for a skilled Sauté/Grill cook! We are looking for experienced cooks that are adept at grilling and sautéing. Jonah's provides awesome benefits such as paid vacation, retirement, dental/vision program and more.

Responsibilities of a Line Cook:

• Prepare all served food through expediting, grilling, and sautéing.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Line Cook Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and proper handling of food/sanitation standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Must have restaurant experience
