Line Cook

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and dependable Line Cook to join our professional kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, understands the importance of consistency and presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen

-Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment

-Ability to execute dishes consistently to high standards of quality and presentation

-Excellent timing, organization, and attention to detail

-Ability to confidently work multiple stations during busy service

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling

-Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

-Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure

-Willingness to contribute to prep, cleaning, inventory, and overall kitchen operations

-A genuine passion for food and commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards

-Maintain proper portioning, plating, and presentation

-Complete daily prep and ensure the station is fully stocked and service-ready

-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

-Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage

-Communicate effectively with the kitchen team throughout service

-Assist other stations and kitchen staff when needed

-Maintain consistency and efficiency during high-volume service
