We're on the lookout for a talented, passionate Line Cook to help drive the heartbeat of our kitchen. At our fast-casual Jamaican fusion spot, we blend bold Caribbean flavors with global street food vibes—and we need someone who brings creativity, precision, and energy to the table. This role is perfect for someone with solid kitchen experience who’s ready to lead, inspire, and help craft unique, crave-worthy meals that keep our guests coming back.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring every dish is fresh, flavorful, and up to our high standards.
• Work with the team to develop new, exciting menu items that spotlight seasonal ingredients and fusion flair.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization so we’re always prepped and ready to go.
• Lead a positive team culture and reinforcing best practices for food safety and cleanliness.
• Support catering and special event
• Keep the kitchen safe, clean, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience working in restaurant kitchens (bonus if you’ve got background in fine dining, fusion, or catering).
• Strong cooking techniques and a good feel for flavors, ingredients, and presentation.
• Leadership skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit, great communication, and a strong work ethic.
• Culinary certification is a plus—but your skills and passion are what really count.
