As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring that every meal meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during service.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Adhere to dietary department guidelines when preparing meals for specific dietary needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment, preferably in fine dining settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
