Job Overview
Watermark, the brand new opening from the team at award-winning Nordic spa Ocean Stone seek to add line cooks to our dynamic, growing culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Support food preparation activities such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and refrigeration units.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining high standards of food safety.

Skills

• Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the food industry standards related to kitchen operations and food service.
