Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily specials and catering events.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
• Help train new kitchen staff as needed and share knowledge of culinary techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
