Duties

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times
• Use knife skills and slicing techniques to prepare ingredients accurately and safely
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold safety standards in production

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with strong kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production
• Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
• Ability to perform food handling tasks efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards
• Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and proficiency in food industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills for serving customers and working as part of a team

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
