About the Role

Nonna Lucia Italian in Johns Creek is looking for line cooks who love good food, bring a positive attitude, and want to grow in the kitchen. If you have some kitchen experience and a passion for Italian cooking, we’d love to meet you.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for people who take initiative, ask questions, and care about doing things well. As part of our opening team, you’ll help build a kitchen where we work hard, learn from each other, and enjoy what we do.

What You’ll Do

• Prep ingredients and cook Italian dishes using our recipes.
• Keep your station organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Focus on flavor, presentation, and consistency with every plate.
• Communicate with your teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow food safety procedures and keep the kitchen clean.
• Jump in where needed and help the team succeed.

What You’ll Bring

• Some hands-on experience in a restaurant, catering, or professional kitchen.
• A passion for Italian food and an eagerness to learn.
• Basic knife skills and an understanding of safe food handling.
• A proactive attitude—you notice what needs doing and get involved.
