Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and organized
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

-SERVSAFE Food Handlers PREFERRED

• Assist with food preparation

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook in the food industry
• Proficient in using knives and other kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Skills:

• Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and presentation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the culinary team

3 Day stag to permanent position. Rate starts at $15 with pay increase based on performance and experience.

We are hiring two new staff members, one permanent, one seasonal, the option to stay on permanently will be based on performance.
