Line Cook

The Rum House is looking for experienced Cooks for a high volume, fast paced kitchen. Great working environment, and competitive pay. Job Requirements:

· Must have prior kitchen experience

· Able to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday

* Must be able to work nights

· Able to work in high volume, fast paced environment

· Physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop

· Able to work in standing position for long periods of time

· Have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits

· Able to communicate clearly and effectively

· Able to work in hot environment for extended periods of time

Compensation: $16.00-18.00/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
