B2 Bistro + Bar is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties
• Work effectively with fellow kitchen staff during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
