Line Cook

Kendrick’s is seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our opening culinary team in Charleston.

With a legacy spanning 40 successful years in St. Croix, the Kendrick’s name has long been associated with family, food, and hospitality. As we bring the restaurant to Charleston, we are building on that history while establishing the next chapter of the Kendrick family’s culinary tradition.

Working closely with Executive Chef Dustin Kendrick and the rest of the culinary team, our Line Cooks will play an important role in bringing the restaurant’s culinary vision to life. We are looking for cooks who take pride in their work, value technique and consistency, and are eager to continue developing their skills.

Our Line Cooks will receive hands-on training across every station in the kitchen. Rather than being limited to one position, you will have the opportunity to learn each station, build your knowledge of the menu, and develop into a well-rounded cook. Responsibilities will include preparation, executing dishes during service, maintaining quality and presentation, and keeping your station clean, organized, and properly stocked.

We are looking for someone who is curious about food, serious about their craft, and energized by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a collaborative approach are essential. We value people who take initiative, ask questions, welcome feedback, and are willing to step in wherever the kitchen needs them.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
