What You'll Do

• Prep fresh, high-quality ingredients and fire up menu items to perfection following recipes and quality standards
• Keep your station razor-sharp, clean, and 100% compliant with food safety protocols
• Work like a pro with kitchen equipment, including chef's knives, slicers, ovens, and fryers
• Team up with the rest of the line to crush every rush—from dine-in guests to busy takeout orders
• Bring your energy and positive attitude to a team that supports each other every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for cooking and food prep—apprentice levels are welcome, and previous restaurant or food service experience is a great bonus!
• Sharp knife skills, familiarity with kitchen equipment, and a solid eye for detail
• A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and keeping a immaculate workstation
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset—we win together in this kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to ensure freshness and variety
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and fryers
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle food safely and correctly, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Support meal preparation for dine-in, or takeout orders with precision and consistency
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate workflow and ensure timely service

Experience

• apprentice level available but prefer to have:
• Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable
• Proven food preparation and cooking experience within a restaurant or food service setting
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, knife skills, slicing techniques, and recipe adherence
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food handling, and safety protocols
