Job Summary

Responsibilities

• cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support food preparation activities for catering events or special functions as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service expectations and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable
• Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
