The Penthouse is a vibrant and upscale dining destination known for great food, lively atmosphere, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and beautifully
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Assist with inventory, prep work, and daily kitchen operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and passion for great food
