What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
• Utilize your knife skills to efficiently chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for cooking
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events, ensuring timely service and quality presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Support fellow kitchen staff by sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance team performance

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fast pace lunch and dinner rushes.
• Strong food handling skills with a commitment to maintaining food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in fast pace kitchen and willing to stay busy when its slower
• Background in food service settings
• Transportation
