Line Cook

For over 25 years, Mercatto is all about great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together across five locations.

We are looking for a Line Cook to join the College Street Mercatto team located the MaRs building. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized during busy service.

• Comfortable following recipes and procedures to ensure consistency
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards
• A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully
• Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, station setup, and prep
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow your skills through hands-on training

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare and cook menu items from scratch
• Responsible for executing service with consistency and efficiency
• Communicate with the kitchen and dining room team to support smooth service
• Support inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
