Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious dishes that reflect our innovative menu and uphold our standards of quality and presentation. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow recipes and plating specifications to deliver visually appealing meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations according to food safety standards
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Contribute ideas for menu planning and seasonal specials based on culinary trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with fine dining experience
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
