Job Description

Fiddler’s is looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We're a busy neighborhood sports bar in Sugar House, serving brunch, pizzas, burgers, wings, sandwiches, and more.

We're looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality food, and is dependable and ready to be part of a great team.

Schedule

Applicants must be available for the following shifts:

• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Monday: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assist with food prep, kitchen cleaning, and closing duties.
• Communicate and work as a team with other kitchen staff.

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and food safety standards.
• Must be available for all four scheduled shifts, including weekends and late nights.
