• Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly desirable
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with menu planning, cooking, catering, or meal preparation is a plus
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
• Familiarity with dietary department requirements and dietary aide experience is advantageous
